I can't tell you how proud I am that Nikki asked me to be a part of this project that has grown into a monster. I mean that, in collaborating with Nikki Sixx, somehow it turns into this gigantic beautiful monster of a collection- bigger than your wildest dreams. Oh How I Love Pins

These gorgeous shots by photographer Stephanie Diani and QManagement model Lindsay, are exactly what I had dreamed up when the idea flashed in my head for the first time. I love capturing moody vibes and I wanted to create unique texture in the hair. I hand painted the hair pins to capture a lighter tone to contrast Lindsay's hair. According to Stephanie's blog, "Is it a victorious laurel crown or a Christ-like crown of thorns?" You be the judge.
